        I’m preparing to sail / motor from Olympia to Portland early September. I’ve never done this. For those who have, I’d love to talk about the trip and take advice. I’m also open to good on-line articles.

            I’ve done that trip many times and that time of year is often very nice. Be prepared for fog; potentially very very heavy fog at night at the exit of the straits.
