Prospective members will first send a check for $1,135 to RCYC Membership Support at 13307 NW 39th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98685. Once the check is received, applicants then attend a Board of Directors meeting (second Monday of the month at 7pm) followed by attending a General Meeting (third Wednesday of the month at 7pm). Membership must then be approved by the Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting. Application costs include a bond held on deposit until membership ceases, plus pre-payment of the first recurring quarterly dues and fees. Upon request and assignment of space, Moorage Fees range from $417 to $807 per quarter.
