Membership Fees

Prospective members will first send a check for $1,135 to RCYC Membership Support at 10350 N Vancouver Way #185 Portland, OR 97217. Once the check is received, applicants then attend a Board of Directors meeting (second Monday of the month at 7pm) followed by attending a General Meeting (third Wednesday of the month at 7pm).  Membership must then be approved by the Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting.  Application costs include a bond held on deposit until membership ceases, plus pre-payment of the first recurring quarterly dues and fees.  Upon request and assignment of space, Moorage Fees range from $417 to $807 per quarter.

RCYC is a "do-it-yourself" club. In other words, most of the maintenance, upkeep, and educational efforts of the club are performed by member volunteers. Each membership shall perform a minimum of sixteen (16) work hours each year, with at least eight (8) hours performed in the first half of the year.
