Activities (Saturday)
Noon: Chris and Ally may have a short “river cruising advice” seminar, also.
1 pm, meet up for Rene’s “Pod Sail”. Sail and be back by 3 pm. Email already out for this.
3 pm to 4 pm Annual Club Awards and Burgees to Directors/Officers (for any still needing one), at Flagpole in the parking lot.
4 pm, Appetizers in the Clubhouse Email already out for food/drink information and timing
5 pm, BBQ of Hotdogs and Hamburgers plus all the fixings (No potluck)
6 pm *Deck Project Ceremony and Recognition of Deck Builders
7 pm Dessert and Cleanup
Event Note: No “open boat” event on this date. This is moving to a later date, TBA.
*IMPORTANT PATIO INFORMATION: The load capacity is 40 people plus the people running the barbeques and serving. There will be approximately 40 chairs on the patio deck. The TOTAL people load should not exceed 50.
The clubhouse is limited to 84 persons total.
Do NOT remove clubhouse chairs out to the patio deck. Do NOT remove or move any stored tables.
